For over a decade and a half  I’ve been working 1:1 or 2:1 Personal Training or with small groups of 4 in a Bootcamp sessions in my own Studio Gym, also Online Fitness.

 

Clients aged 18-80 wanting to improve their Fitness & Health formed the core of my business +

As a Personal Trainer I can ensure you are working at the correct levels for your ability along with motivating you to reach your goals.  

 

Ensuring posture, positioning and breathing are correct along with supporting you through exercises specific to your needs.

 

Making certain you are not only doing an exercise correctly but a meaningful exercise, a compound and functional exercise.

as well as in the STUDIO GYM sessions can be undertaken in many ways :
