☺️As we head towards the last month of the year, we can look back and wish we’d done more however we should look back and look at all we’ve achieved!
🥦Changes we’ve made to our HEALTH, and to our families with more nutritious food choices.
🏊🏻♀️Changes to our FITNESS, we maybe walking more, swimming or cycling more or looking forward to a planned holiday with fitness as part of the plan.
🏚Changes to our home environment - less at home stress and improved sleep patterns
👩🏼💼Changes to our Job or being more active in the community. Considering our work / life balance - it’s always achievable it’s just how you look at the change your making and standing up for your BODY / MIND and SOUL!
🧊Changes to our hydration with more water each day and less alcohol in our week.
💕We’ve had a CHANGE MONTH IN NOVEMBER AT TORQUE FITNESS & I’ve done many of these CHANGES through the 14 years as a Personal Trainer. Not only do I find this change lasts but I find I am better for it.
💕Focus on the small POTENTIAL CHANGE you can make to your life & the good you do each day as we head toward the month of December which I always believe is about GRATITUDE.
