šÆIām 52 but I live my life to the fullest - 52 is only a number & it means very little to me. However I know people who are 40 & their bodies & minds live like they are 100.
šÆIād say they live like they're 80 but thats an insult to my Dad who lives like someone much younger. Or to my friend Bryan Murray whose 90 this year but just competed at the Waterski Nationals doing tricks on two skiās & he slalom skiās better than me!

šÆI guess you could say I make people young again! I help them realise the potential in their bodies. I help them become stronger versions of themselves. I hear about how these changes invigorate them! If you want what we have then get in touch!
šThis month I decided I needed to introduce some Oily Fish into my DIET (not going on a DIET). I donāt like Salmon & I wish I did as itās so good for us. But as a child I ate sardines so Iāve set a task for my clients based on my OILY FISH SARDINE requirement.
šWe are going to TRY something new - maybe a food, maybe an exercise, maybe an event, maybe a trail! So before 30 April Iām going to see if I can eat SARDINES AGAIN? Watch this space!
