💛I’ve had one of those weeks where I’m so grateful to have the energy to do what I do!
💛💛Amazing walk with amazing friends at lake, climbing the Mount & running around it & trying something new.
💛💛I’m ALWAYS inspired when I ask my clients to step up & consider something NEW & to consider CHANGE.
💛I’ve not waved a magic wand but it’s been years of enjoyment changing my body to one which is FIT FOR MOST THINGS I THROW AT IT!
💛I’ve been on a course this week (more on that later) in Mt Maunganui!
👏🏻I explain to new clients how exciting it is to be able to view the places I visit from my morning run, or afternoon walk or bike or whatever/whenever!
👏🏻Over time I then hear from clients about how they now have this view too!
💛Sometimes my clients start from a place of previous fitness, but often they start from the beginning!
💛As with changing food choices to WHOLE FOOD for a new lifestyle, I wish for my clients to have FITNESS as part of that LIFE TOO!
Having the energy to: 💛play with their children / grandchildren
💛enjoy activities with friends
💛enjoy their garden as they work on it
💛find ease to move around
💛not be limited by their lack of fitness or low energy levels
‼️AND IT JUST STARTS WITH ONE STEP
OR A PHONE CALL, MESSAGE OR TEXT TO SOMEONE LIKE ME OR ME!
🍋If you’re looking at others thinking “they’re lucky” they’re often NOT, they’re often doing something like a walk, bike ride or run, or making choices for their HEALTH!
💛NOT ONEROUS CHOICES but ones that make their lives more liveable, one step at a time.
