WHATS NUMBER 1 IN YOUR LIFE?
⁉️Is it your health or making money, or something else that rules the roost?
What would be the answer your family would prefer - Health or ???
👊🏻I’m 52 1/2 & over the past 13 years as a Personal Trainer who runs, walks, bikes & works out just the same as my clients - I’m FIT, STRONG & HEALTHY - And proud!
‼️Your health is all you have to protect you from ILLNESS OR DISEASE.
❌If your health is not number 1 then why not? We live in difficult times where we need to be ready for:
❌COVID (the illness or mental health)
❌heart disease, diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, cancers…
‼️Your health and thus fitness starts with YOU! If you want a fighting chance ask yourself…
✔️Do you move your body?
✔️Do you get your heart & lungs working almost everyday?
✔️Do you load your bones?
✔️Whether you walk to the letterbox or the street corner but some fitness is always better than no fitness.
😟Or do you think you will one day & so when?
‼️It’s the same with food choice.
❌Have you brought the next clothing size recently & known it’s because of unhealthy food or alcohol choices?
❌If this is the case then have you considered you could be compromising your health?
‼️Plan your meals, prep your meals ahead, remove the JUNK - you only eat what you have in the pantry or fridge!
🧐It could be hormonal or other reasons but if it is bigger portions or JUNK (that is food with ingredients the length of your arm) then your not serving your health!
1️⃣HEALTH IS NUMBER 1 and rightly so as when push comes to shove it’s the one thing YOU WANT or WISHED YOU HAD!
⏰Finding time is a poor excuse when you can often find time for other activities - mow the lawn, coffee with a friend, clean the car, hang out the washing, clean the house, yet FITNESS & HEALTH SHOULD COME 1ST!
‼️Time can be against you, so why wait for the magic wand of change because it’s not going to come, you need to make the change yourself!
✔️Nutritional food choices (foods with no or few ingredients)
✔️Fitness (getting outside or seeking professional advice)
✔️Sleep (trying to work on 2 hours before bed)
✔️Hydration (water not alcohol - save it for an occasion)
✔️Hormones (consider what’s going on here & seek medical help if needed)
💙BUT DON’T PUT HEALTH ON THE BACK BURNER - YOU WILL REGRET IT!
