ALIVE, STRONG, MENTALLY CLEAR, ALMOST BURSTING OUT OF YOUR SKIN EACH DAY WITH A SENSE OF VITALITY?
đI read this QUOTE in The Press in 2018 & it resonated hugely with me. I then wrote this blog for my Newsletter & I though it's a great read today!
đŹWe didnât evolve to live like this. With one in two Kiwiâs on tract to become Obese. We need to reconsider some lifestyle choices. Itâs sad that some parts of our population just keep eating too much, or too much processed food or too much sugar. Some donât know how to change or what nutritious is often thinking itâs too difficult. Itâs not!
đSimple foods â eggs for breakfast, soup or chicken & vegetables for lunch and meat & those 3 vegetables (less starchy ones) for dinner with healthy fats once thought of as NOT GOOD FOR US now a MUST!
đLife is for LIVING not existing! Why watch when you can participate! I believe we are all INSPIRING others even if we donât always know it. We donât need to shout out healthy living we just need to lead by example.
đItâs about trying to make a change not being perfect not following a diet. If your on a DIET GET OFF IT!
đItâs about being REAL and living a great & fun life, realising that NOURISHING foods are exciting & tasty & easy & fitness gives us energy & flexibility & a life where NO is not an answer!
đIt's a choice you make along with determination & consistencyâŚI want to help with everything I have, but ultimately you need to CHANGE somethings you do currently but know that the outcome will be a HEALTHIER, ENERGETIC & FUN life!
đŹRealise that exercise alone wonât enact a change if what you're putting in your mouth (drinks included) are not nutritious. Or if you're not sleeping well or too stressed or your hormones are out of whack, or you're starving your body not feeding it the foods it needs.
đŹDONâT BELIEVE THE HYPE THAT FITNESS WILL SOLVE ALL YOUR WEIGHT WORRIES AS IT WONâT! There is a lot more to take into consideration. But FITNESS can add to your mental strength & improve your health!
