Another Friday rolls around! I’ve been out running most days, even with the rain I’ve found times to go. I did the workout I’ve shared below to do on the really wet day (sore legs).
A shortened bike ride this week also to add variety. It’s been great hearing what everyone is doing at home:

✔️Les Mills for adults & kids
✔️walking lots of walking
✔️biking & running
✔️new recipes & baking going in the freezer if it’s too tempting.

▪️Press ups x 25
(I did 15 standard then each round I did a different one x 10 - Spider-Man / shoulder tap / feet on step / one hand on box
▪️Jig jumps x 25
▪️Tricep dips x 25
▪️Walking Lunges x 25
▪️Static Frog jumps x 25
▪️Wall sit (30 - 60 sec)
▪️Prone hold (30 - 60 sec)
▪️Pelvic floor holds x 5
