šMost days Iāve got out running with Jen š¶ (the Labrador), Iāve jumped on Mās ā¤ļø bike & Iāve started a new project with some clients as a trial!
šBut during the day Iāve worked on my computer with the project! Iām feeling grateful for this time to get all the links & kinks sorted.
šALTHOUGH I miss being busy in the gym COUNTING š¤£ & working out!!

šI made fish tacoās this week which were a success considering I didnāt have a huge amount of ingredients to go with them! Iām sharing a recipe for these I found online tomorrow!
šIāve also added to my workout that Iām sharing today PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISES! As itās a great time to consider this daily exercise. If you forget then perhaps put a reminder on your phone. See the link below for advice on your PELVIC FLOOR!
