☑️Every workout is “PROGRESS" But don't just rack up the hours in the gym or on the road, make sure what your doing is actually useful and worthwhile.
☑️Sometimes too much time is spent doing exercises that are a waste of time & energy. Or being done poorly that time is wasted.
☑️In any arena experience equals knowledge that’s proven. Continuing education & being aware of changing parameters of fitness, nutrition & health is super important.
☑️Having support businesses that compliment your fitness journey. Massage / physio / Osteopath / Yoga / Pilates plus many more ...are important to have an all round health journey.
☑️If you have questions like the ones above make sure your advice is from an experienced qualified professional. Whose also not afraid to send you to someone who specialises in your question if they can’t help!
🔴And for the record heavy isn’t always better & it’s important to work muscles & heart lungs & rest & recovery days are super important & beneficial. Variety is the spice of life & just as true for fitness & health!
