We all consider our exterior appearance but what about your interior?

🫤How does your body look inside?

🤔Are your muscles wasting away because you've hit 30+ or not strengthening?

🤔Are your bones getting weaker?

🤔Is your heart pumping blood through unblocked arteries?

🤔Is the oxygen in your lungs moving through your body vigorously sometimes?

🤔I thought this is a good thing to consider as we can spend a lot of time considering our outside appearance?

✔️A minimum of 20 to 25 minutes a day of moderate aerobic exercise, for people over the age of 60, is associated with a 20 to 30 per cent reduction in the risk of premature death, as well as reduced risks of heart attacks and strokes.


✔️Exercise is one of the most important activities to reduce instability and reduce the risk of falls.

✔Muscle strength, endurance, balance and flexibility
