FOCUS ON THE STEP IN FRONT OF YOU NOT THE WHOLE STAIRCASE

✴️RESULTS OVERTIME NOT OVERNIGHT   If you expect immediate results then you’ll be disappointed.


✴️To create a new lifestyle which includes nutritious foods & fitness & improved health then effort, consistency and perseverance are important to achieving this result.


✴️This new lifestyle then needs to be maintained.


✴️Effort is a big part of this as the only one who can ultimately make the change is YOU!


✴️Advice is only that unless you use it.


📆It’s a new TERM & A NEW MONTH IS ABOUT TO START so what better time than now to make a change.


📆We’ve been making a change in the GYM for JULY - some doing DRY JULY, however with COVID, FLU, other BUGS and HOLIDAYS it’s been a hard ask, so we keep going!  4 more weeks!


💔MAKE THE CHANGE ACHIEVEABLE, not a HUGE AUDACIOUS GOAL THAT IT’S TOO HARD TOO BIG!

Put in place plans to make it happen!

1️⃣Remove temptations

2️⃣OR find time in your diary to make time for YOU

3️⃣purchase things that will assist you, more vegetables or new shoes for walking

4️⃣Be determined, consider your inner voice

5️⃣ASK for help if you need it

6️⃣TELL friends what your doing and they may join you
