🥑We discussed Health Fats this week after covering carbohydrates & protein earlier in the month. Too many people today are unable to efficiently use body fat as a fuel, and rely predominantly on glucose, due to how they eat, drink, breathe, exercise & think.

🥑Did you know there are two systems the body uses? Along with thinking eating FAT MAKES YOU FAT a myth we once believed!

💗Over the half way mark in September so keep up the burpees x 20 and prone hold of 2 minutes target! Keep that reset SEPTEMBER happening too as we head towards Daylight Savings next week!
