Over the last couple of weeks I’ve thought of two statements
💪🏻FIT vs FIT & STRONG
💪🏻plus PUMPING WEIGHTS vs NUTRITION.
🏃♀️🏋🏼♂️Yes, we want to be FIT so exercise such as walking, running, biking (cardio) is really important but as we age its INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT TO BE STRONG! As we lose muscle from age 30 we need to work to build muscle or to keep what we have!
🏋🏼♂️🍳It’s also really great to see (I see on Facebook or Instagram) people lifting weights & so much awesome effort, however that is only a small part of the PUZZLE! If you aren’t putting the same effort into your nutrition then you're taking 3 steps forward and 2 back!
🏋🏼♂️🍳🏃♀️It’s IMPORTANT that we work on the whole package not just the bits we think benefit us. KNOWLEDGE is power & to get the right advice is crucial to improvement to changing to a HEALTHIER STRONGER YOU!

These all form part of the PUZZLE!
🙌🏻Fitness levels aren’t going to change if you don’t change your routine. Your system learns to adapt, so by mixing things up you can challenge the system and increase your level.
