THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR BODY THIS WEEK AND NEXT WEEK IS WHAT YOU DO FOR THE NEXT SEVEN DAYS!


🔳This follows on from last weeks discussion of a SPRING SEPTEMBER RESET & how sometimes we need to make some changes! In a week if we make change we can sometimes see change!


🔳However sometimes if we’ve been yoyo dieting for a while & our metabolism isn’t working as it should or we are stressed or tired or having hormonal issues then change can take more time!


🔳I still hear the word DIET & feel for those who do! As I know that it’s a short term FIX not a long time solution! The changes that have taken place in HEALTH & FITNESS over the last few years are significant!


🔴Learn how to make choices that are SIMPLE & exercise but not to the point of EXHAUSTION to get results.


🔳We are discussing PROTEIN in the gym this week. Most sources of complete PROTEIN (containing all the amino acids) are from ANIMAL SOURCES, but we can also get protein from QUINOA (also a complete protein) nuts, seeds, legumes, green leafy vegetables.


🔳Protein makes us feel full, it also helps build our immune system & tumour response, along with mood regulation & build muscles! I prefer to get my protein from ANIMAL OR sources listed above!

🟡Great weather to be getting outside this week! NO SNOW! Hope you're completing your 20 burpees (with press up) & up to 2 minute prone holds at home for our SEPTEMBER challenge! 2 weeks until daylight savings!


🟡If your local town has a park enjoy the DAFFODILS (gorgeous in Hagley at the moment) & take time to smell the SPRING FLOWERS & EXERCISE with a friend or family member!
