I feel incredibly GRATEFUL that I love what I do & everyone I see inspires me with their determination & courage to try & the impact being fitter has on their lives is incredible! It’s always worth the sweat!

These are the last 3 Healthy days of Christmas…
Be picky with drinks - Many alcoholic drinks have lots of sugar & empty calories. Where possible choose clear spirits with mineral water or tap water. Instead of rich creamy cocktails & soft drinks.
Attitude of Gratitude - Sometimes we are busy chasing all the things we haven’t got that we forget to notice what we already have especially our health which we sometimes take for granted.
Set realistic expectations - I often say those who are attending parties have no idea that one of the plans we had didn’t happen they are just happy with what they got. Don’t put extra pressure on yourself having expectations that in reality are just to hard to achieve. Simply enjoy family & friend time.
