Start small but start

With the Christmas/ New Year holidays over for some, work / life 2023 starts & life starts to get busy again maybe we can think about fitness differently!


🤦‍♀️I often hear the cry - “I’m too busy to exercise for 30min or an hour” but are you too busy to exercise for 10 minutes a few times a day.


👍🏻Maybe try to fit in 10 minutes of exercise before breakfast. Or at lunch or this could be a second 10 minute burst? Or another burst after work? Or just start with 10 minutes!


👍🏻Building a habit of fitness it is better to focus on being repetitive rather than your motivation which will sometimes wane.


🕛Look at your week ahead & see if you can plan some fitness into your day? And the next day & all week.


🍷It’s not a dissimilar process when you remove a food item such as a treat or alcohol for a month. The four weeks when broken down by weeks is an easier target.


👍🏻Which again becomes a habit!
