šøIāve just returned from Mt Maunganui & possibly the travel & meeting many people during my time away means Iāve finally joined the I HAVE COVID group!
š¦ So for the last week Iāve been resting, recovering and fighting this virus!
šÆ Honey, lemon, vitamins, Panadol, cough medicine & ice blocks have kept me going.
š¤But most importantly SLEEP!Ā Ā
š„¦I like to think my HEALTHY LIFE CHOICES & FITNESS are the reason Iāve done quite well.
š¦ Therefore giving me the energy to fight this virus or anything else that comes my way.
šš¼āāļøI am all about FITNESS but the best way for our bodies to recover from ILLNESS is to rest.
šš»If though we are INJURED then seeing a professional to assist with diagnosis is extremely important to aid our recovery not just assuming the body will heal itself.
šš»Then following that direction we can return to FITNESS.
šš¼āāļøI always seek the best advice possible and follow it!Ā Itās not worth the ILLNESS or INJURY dragging out because Iāve not listened to professionals or myself.
šš»Hereās an interesting article from Dr Libby about looking after our joints, they donāt just look after themselves!
ā¹ļøAlthough Iāve let the team down with my withdraw from the JULY challenge I intend to start as soon as Iām well again - fingers crossed next week! Ā So keep trying to execute change and add in or take out one thing to move towards a healthier you!
šøWe are now past the middle of JULY - and keep trying to enjoy exercise with family during the school holidays
