⚖️I recommend my clients stay away from the scales & take notice of how a pair of jeans fit!
⚖️Get out of the stretchy waisted pants and put some on with a fixed waist.
‼️‼️People can weigh the same on the scale, but can look completely different in body composition.
‼️‼️ And your genetics play a role too…skinny is never awesome …fit & healthy is best!
🧐I personally weighed almost 10kgs lighter in my 20's than I do now but I wear exactly the same size clothing because my body is more muscular now.
👍🏻It's also stronger, has a faster metabolism & is leaner! I lift weights and run (which is not only good for my heart, lungs & body but a mental health break or my form of meditation).
🧐Read this article below on what's important and it's not some number on a set of scales that causes you distress every time you step on them. Put them away or get rid of them.
👍🏻I've only stepped on scales at the doctors and haven't weighed myself in over 13 years. I believe if a fitness business wants to weigh you ask them why? Yes, weight may reduce initially but it won't tell you how healthy or fit your becoming, & it's can be a negative mentally.
