(to be consistent you need to be persistant)


I’ve also had this conversation a few times this week!   Over the past few months we’ve had

😞dark cold days

😞very wet days

😞colds

😞covid

😞life may have just got in the way

If weight loss has been your goal then consistency is the KEY!


We now have

💛lighter days & warmer days to exercise

💛lighter foods coming into supermarkets

💛hopefully less colds and covid


💛remember also STRESS, GENETICS, SLEEP & HORMONES ARE ALSO AT PLAY!


👍🏻However if you can work on the things you can change and be CONSISTENT!  then change will occur!


✔️Whole real food choices most of the week

✔️Portion sizes considered

✔️Water intake is important

✔️Exercise 4/5 days

✔️Sleep

✔️Lowering stress levels


✔️Work on ticking these boxes and not yoyo-ing or riding the rollercoaster!


🎄🎅🏻We have 3 months + a bit till Christmas so make that CONSISTENCY happen now!


😍We are also doing a burpee challenge at the gym & I know YUK - but it’s not as we’ve broken the burpee down into 3/5 reps each - and everyone & I mean everyone isn’t saying YUK!  We are consistently improving!
