RE-SET, RE-ADJUST, - RE-START, RE-FOCUS…JUST KEEP GOING!

We are doing this with our November Challenge & although we are doing great we could be hitting the target 100% as we only have ONE week to go!

😳RE-STARTING OVER & OVER can be called YO-YO dieting so be careful with what changes you're making & ask are they sustainable? If they’re not can you make some smaller changes that are lifestyle changes, that you can keep going with?


🎄With 5 weeks until CHRISTMAS life is getting busier & busier but don’t forget to make time for YOU - FITNESS & NOURISHING FOODS help you keep up with the speed of life!As TOO much:

☹️sugar

☹️processed foods

☹️alcohol

☹️lack of exercise

☹️poor sleep

only drain energy from YOU!


🎄It can be too easy to follow fantastic NUTRITION & FITNESS for the period leading into CHRISTMAS only to let it go! That effort you’ve put it can easily slide backward!


Remember to try to:

🥜eat before you go out or take a more

🥜nutritious starter

🥜watch the alcohol intake & perhaps mix in 🥜more water between drinks

🥜watch your portion sizes

🥜skip desert

Enjoy the socialising but be mindful of the extras!


🏉We briefly also discussed MATCH FIT - the program about ex ALL BLACKS getting their fitness back! And a bit like what I’ve said above its EFFORT to get FITTER & HEALTHIER and it’s easier to keep up some effort than to drop back to no effort & start again!


🏉It was fantastic watching these ROLE models lay their lives bare & show that REAL MEN have feelings & have issues to work out too! I loved seeing them improve their fitness & health for their FAMILIES FUTURE & for their own!


👍🏻It’s ABOUT BEING PART OF LIFE NOT JUST WATCHING ON THE SIDELINES!
