🙏🏻I preach to the converted in my gym every week! I’m grateful that they consider it worthwhile investing in their health. It is an investment as there is time & money involved. We do not need to be Olympian’s but we can be FITTER & HEALTHIER.
🕛Time is often the key limitation. I don’t have it. WE ALL DO, it’s just that we chose not to use the time we have to invest in our health. We do something else - clean the car, look at the internet, mow the lawns, fold the washing…It can wait! Some of the busiest people I see have made time for their fitness to improve their health.
🙏🏻These are all questions I wish more people would consider rather than give a cursory glance. Or laugh off with I’m ok how I am!
🙄Some would say I’m OTT with my own health but I see it as money in the bank when I need it. It will be there. In the meantime my life is enriched because improved FITNESS & HEALTH give you the opportunity to continue to join in all activities available to you.
🤩My 80 year old Dad rides a bike, a friend who’s 90 still goes sailing, a friend whose 85 still water-ski’s.
It frustrates me immensely to hear I’M TOO OLD - when it’s actually I’m UNFIT as age has nothing to do with it.
