My role may improve my clients FITNESS but I’d really like them to improve their HEALTH.

🥰Everything we do in LIFE we should be considering our HEALTH.


❓Asking the question as Dr Libby Weaver says; How does this serve our HEALTH?


❓If it doesn’t / why do we do it?


Sometimes the answer could be:

▶️A birthday or celebration

▶️A catch up with friends or family

▶️A weekend away


❓But if the non HEALTHY item becomes part of our everyday life then our HEALTH IS IMPACTED and thus these things could change :

▶️Our weight

▶️Our skin

▶️Our hormones

▶️Our hydration

▶️Our fitness

▶️Our Sleep

▶️Our flexibility

😔GENERALLY OUR HEALTH


🤔So consider the choices you make - are you prepared for the consequences of POOR HEALTH?


🙆🏼‍♀️I shared an article on Monday about two women doing a FASTING DIET and they’ve lost weight, but if you check out the picture of their fridge ing the article there are no FRUIT & VEGETABLES and the foods they do have DON’T SERVE THEIR HEALTH.


😔They cannot stick to the once a day eating for life and so I can guarantee with the foods they have in their fridge they will put the 20kg plus 10kg (as research suggests when diets end) as they have learnt nothing about SERVING THEIR HEALTH.


😔Real whole foods not the processed junk in their FRIDGE!


😔I’m also sharing an article on Monday about a woman whose LOVE OF PASTA is holding her back from changing her way of eating which is impacting her HEALTH as she now has TYPE 2 DIABETES.


😔Are the side effects of DIABETES not enough to say back off the pasta! You can still have pasta just not ALL THE TIME!


😔WHY would you not want to improve your health with this simple change? I really can’t fathom her thinking!


❓SO WHAT ABOUT YOUR OWN HEALTH?

HOW IS IT?

❓ARE YOU MEDICATED BECAUSE OF A CONDITION YOU COULD IMPROVE WITH IMPROVED DIET, EXERCISE, HYDRATION & SLEEP?


❓Are you willing to make some changes NOT EVERYDAY but most of the time to improve your HEALTH & POSSIBLY YOUR LENGTH OF LIFE?


❓Ask yourself this question over the weekend - How does what I’m doing or eating or drinking SERVE MY HEALTH?
