LIFESTYLE - Anti Dieting suggestions…

🤔Are you lifting hugely heavy weights, drifting through circuit’s or following a six week program of the same exercises over & over again or walking the same block? but is weight-loss your goal?


💛Change the focus to HEALTH - which encompasses fitness, maybe weight, sleep, stress, hormones, living a great life in general.


😌If your not looking at what your feeding yourself then you will improve your heart, lung, muscle, bone strength which is super important & lose maybe some weight BUT…


🤔If your not learning anything about what your feeding yourself your missing the biggest part of the puzzle.

➖Ready made meals help

➖BUT your basically going on a DIET

✔️YOU SHOULD BE learning about nutrition which is where the biggest change takes place!


✔️If you don’t understand why your eating what your eating and drinking then all that EFFORT ONLY creates change for the short-term not long term!


🤔A friend recently told me he doesnt want to be skinny as his skinny mates are unhappy. I said to him that size doesnt equate to good health!
