Keep keeping fit over your summer either at the GYM, RUNNING ON THE BEACH, WORKOUTS ON THE LAWN OR BIKE RIDES OR SWIMMING.


I love the different places I get to enjoy and often start my day with 20 press ups and one of the above fitness routines.


šŸ˜ I hope youā€™ll look to join me with improved FITNESS IN 2024 at my Pilates Reformer / Personal Training / Bootcamp Studio.

50 step forward lunge

25 skull crushers

25 sit ups Swiss ball

25 hairy leg star jumps also known as squat star jumps

25 lat pull downs wide

10 abs to ankles

10 press ups

10 knee to elbow in prone position

Repeat 4 x šŸ’™šŸ’™šŸ’™šŸ’™
