🍟Confession too. Takeaways on Tuesday for lunch. With a teen in the house I though it would be fun to say we went & to be honest it was quicker than ever - 20min - I guess because there were no store customers. Supporting local & occasionally its ok!
😫I’m jealous of those going to work this week & can’t wait to be them. So please keep safe so we can go to Level 2 soon.
🤩The big positive to come from Covid-19 is that so many people have exercised more than ever. The trick is to keep it going when work takes over your time. That’s where I can come in. Booking an appointment time with someone like me or ME makes the exercise continue & DON’T lose those GAINS!
