🥶☀️If you’ve complained it’s too cold, too wet, too dark, well stop!
☀️It’s now going to be lighter, warmer and maybe dryer. Even if it’s wet it will be warmer and it’s only water!
4️⃣If your weekly exercise total isn’t sitting at least 4 times why?
😴Yes sometimes it’s best to rest or there are genuine reasons why you cannot exercise (stormy weather & life related) but sometimes other reasons like I need to fold washing, wash the car, clean the bathroom pop up & in this case a walk, bike ride, swim or whatever fitness you prefer should come first.
📺The news is full of reasons why we should exercise.
💛The endorphins, the heart, lungs, muscles & bones all NEED it. It gives you a better quality of life too.
🥺Yet I still hear why none has been done and rarely is the reason strong enough to validate the lack of exercise.
😂I cannot understand why you’d chose to not exercise when faced with the benefits of exercise. None or very little exercise can also equal weight gain (loss of muscle).
1️⃣Put your health on top! Don’t waste what life you have. Because sooner or later your lack of fitness will catch you & by then it maybe too late or very hard to change.
✅Work on your fitness this week. I’m not saying a marathon or a mountain bike downhill run or a triathlon. I’m suggesting a walk around the park or bike ride to a friends or a swim involving some walking in the pool or some yoga or Pilates (more on PILATES NEXT WEEK).
✅Ask a friend or get the family on board too. But just tick the box as it’s ALWAYS WORTH THE EFFORT. ALWAYS!
