IF YOU THINK YOU CAN DO BETTER THEN DO BETTER!

It’s the last week of our November challenge of adding or removing! If we can do better then as the quote says let’s do BETTER! At the end of the day it’s A choice we make that can ultimately improve our HEALTH & FITNESS & LIFE!


👊🏻I see so much EFFORT, DETERMINATION & SWEAT going into improving HEALTH by those in my GYM BUT IN THE WORLD OUTSIDE but wish I could help make it a permanent change as often I watch the reverse take place when people get tired of the EFFORT.


✅The effort needs to move into effortless and life!

✅Determination into enjoying the activity & SWEAT CONTINUES!


🤩I know I go on about changes being for LIFE but it’s all very well to see great results from your efforts only to revert back to old HABITS! They are what got you to the place you want to move on from now! So if you're making a change then make them slowly or make them KEEPERS so that you can make your life a LIFESTYLE!


🎄DECEMBER is next week & with schools finishing for the year so life ramps up in SPEED as we head towards CHRISTMAS & a NEW YEAR!


I’ll be talking in the GYM this coming week about 3 of 12 days of a healthy CHRISTMAS:


🎄DAY 1 Starting your day off right - making choices to fuel the body in the morning


🎄DAY 2 Stock your freezer with health meals - make sure you have some quick nutritious choices if life gets too busy


🎄DAY 3 Make exercise a priority - it can be tempting to say I’m too busy but its great for clearing the head space & you’ve worked hard all year to get fit so don’t give up on that effort now!


🎄Have a great weekend…enjoy the spirit of Christmas as it’s coming ready or NOT!
