😩Sometimes life gets busy such as the start of the school year for families or wider family needs & we start creeping in extras or quick less nutritious meals, some takeaways & alcohol for the stress.

😘We also have a 5 press up February challenge. This could be 5 a week, 5 a day, 5 for breakfast, lunch & dinner or any combination. Press ups are great for the upper body strength. An example can be found in the video section on my Facebook page.
😘Enjoy your weekend with the short week. Maybe some food prep & some focus on your own health. Count yourself into 2021 as a HEALTH & FITNESS FOCUS YEAR!
