❤️If you can share your VALENTINE DAY LOVE with your family & friends WHAT ABOUT LOVING YOURSELF?
I wrote this for clients undertaking my 7 week challenge this week:
❤️Realise you are important & time spent on you gives back many times over to those you love because you feel better as a person. Never feel guilty for taking time for you! Everyone around you loves you & your wellbeing is very important to them!
❤️How much time in every day do you give to yourself? Time poor? Or are there somethings you could drop to enable some more time to yourself?
❤️I also shared a post with my clients in my newsletter that I’d been given & it goes like this….
❤️Barely the day started and... it's already six in the evening.
Barely arrived on Monday and it's already Friday.
... and the month is already over.
... and the year is almost over.
... and already 40, 50 or 60 years of our lives have passed.
... and we realise that we lost our parents, friends.
and we realise it's too late to go back...So... Let's try, despite everything, to enjoy the remaining time...
Let's keep looking for activities that we like...
Let's put some colour in our grey...
Let's smile at the little things in life that put balm in our hearts. And despite everything, we must continue to enjoy with serenity this time we have left.
Let's try to eliminate the afters...
I'm doing it after...(there is more but you get the idea)
❤️Some daily things can be done after YOU spend time on YOU! Consider your WELLBEING both mentally & physically & how much you want to enjoy time with family & friends? Then find that time to do some things to improve your WELLBEING! Do not delay or think that you CAN’T as we all CAN its just putting some time into HOW!
❤️I hope that some of you who read this will make CHANGE about YOUR life happen & those that already see me as a Personal Trainer or complete some FITNESS then WELL DONE as you’ve already put YOU in a place of IMPORTANCE!❤️
