☀️As the weather warms up over Spring & now Summer, I notice for many & me included our mood naturally starts to lift, you feel more optimistic and more willing to become involved in activities.

🏃♀️🚴♀️We are warmer therefore more likely to head outside - fitness! (Don’t use too hot as an excuse go early or go late)
☀️We have more daylight to get outside! Evenings or mornings!

🌈More vegetables & rainbow coloured vegetables to use in recipes - try to add another colour this week!
🍗Use the Barbecue - try the recipe I’ve shared tomorrow. Less mess inside & sometimes means more family members cooking. 😂
