š«Iām getting older so Iām putting on weight? OR
š«Iām getting older so I canāt do that activity anymore!
š Often this is an excuse! Age doesnāt necessarily play a part in either of those things!
š Hiding behind poor food choices, excess alcohol or no exercise, are these the real reasons?
š©If your using AGE as a reason then stop! Make today the day you change!
āļøStart by writing down what your eating, drinking and doing! Now be HONEST about those choices!
Is there too much
šJUNK - processed foods, ingredients lists a mile long, fried food, sweet food
šCHANGE THIS to more vegetables, more whole foods (no ingredients)
šALCOHOL - daily or just a lot every weekend plus the snacks
šCHANGE THIS to more water, soda water with lemon in a lovely glass
šPLUS you donāt move your body OR
šYOU DO MOVE YOUR BODY but your consuming too much food / alcohol
š¤ØThere can be other reasons such as medical conditions, hydration, hormones, however AGE is not the reason.
šI know & have clients in their 40ās, 50ās (me included), 60ās, 70ās who are all FIT, STRONG, HEALTHY & can do more than some of their peers who use AGE as an excuse.
ā±Time poor is also added to AGE as an excuse but I believe its your priorities that need to change.
šYOU - are important to your family & friends!
šINVESTING IN YOU is important to your quality of life for you & for your friends / family
šLIVING A LIFE FULL OF FUN, ACTIVITY & ENERGY is a lot more exciting than sitting on the chair watching LIFE!
šIf you donāt make a CHANGE then your CHOICES become limited year by year, so make that change & CHOOSE TO LIVE A BETTER LIFE!
ā±Your body will slow down if you let it - so keep GOING!
šš»Enjoy your last weekend in OCTOBER & make this the last weekend you use AGE as an excuse!
