🚶🏼♀️Most can walk somewhere, but how far can you walk determines a level of fitness!
👩🏻🦳As we age we tend to think it’s great we can do all we want to do, but as each year passes some of what we could do we now CAN’T!
👩🏻🦳Some people think that’s ok as it’s just AGEING!
🔙But actually it can be because your becoming less FIT!
✖️Are you someone whose happy to do less and brush it off with the AGE EXCUSE? IS THE COUCH YOUR NEW FRIEND?
❌Will you be requiring medications to assist you in your life moving forward because you’ve let your HEALTH & FITNESS SLIDE? Are you buying the next size in your clothing? Or another pair of pants / skirt with a stretchy waistband?
✔️Or are you someone who realises that the inability to do things is going to LIMIT YOUR LIFESTYLE!
🔜THE LONGER YOU LEAVE THE FITNESS THE HARDER IT CAN BE TO PICK IT BACK UP!
✔️Doing more than you currently do now can be the way to reducing that slide into ageing AND THE COUCH BEING YOUR FRIEND!
