Not my usual FRIDAY POST - but with ANZAC day & a swollen knee I needed to delay my workout with you.
š¤ŖThe knee - housemaids knee - it is a THING. Too much cleaning & kneeling. I managed to catch up with my physio & so Iāve been on rest to get the swelling to go down. No running or gym workouts. Just some simple spin type biking.
š«Anyhow Iām on the mend. Crazy though I live a life of workouts - run & anything else - yet I get a swollen knee from cleaning.
šš¼āāļøWorkout details below. Excuse the noise. Trees being chopped down & dirt being moved about with time to do the jobs around the place & it all takes place when Iām trying to record.

50 x step forward knee to elbow lunge
40 x leg lever to overhead skull crusher
30 x skater steps
20 x press ups one leg under
10 x one knee to elbow + 2 jump jacks
30-60 sec wall sit
30-60 sec prone hold
Repeat 2-4 times
