HEALTH IS EVERYTHING & as this quotes in the photo says - you often want it but have you done anything to keep it? I hear it’s a ONE DAY thing.
ONE DAY I WILL:
☑️go to the doctor for a check up
☑️go see someone for the pain I have
☑️do some exercise
☑️reduce my alcohol consumption
☑️eat more vegetables
☑️ or be more healthy or another health tick
😐Unfortunately ONE DAY becomes the day you need to be as HEALTHY AS YOU CAN but you’ve not followed up on any of these things.
💕And taking 30 minutes to get some of these things ticked off is not a whole lot of time in your day. Or in your week! So make a promise to yourself & do one of the above today! Please for the love of your family & friends

👍🏻It’s AUGUST - and our challenge is to do something new (ISH) whether we a walk the opposite way to our normal, meet a friend we’ve not seen or maybe bike or swim.
