HEALTH IS LIKE MONEY, WE NEVER HAVE A TRUE IDEA OF ITS VALUE UNTIL WE LOSE IT!

If we (New Zealand) could get more people exercising & eating well we could reduce the risk of being a cancer statistics. 1 in 3 people will get cancer.


😬Daily drinking of a pint of beer or a large glass of wine increases the risk of liver cancer by 20% or bowel cancer by 18%

😬Alcohol can cause 7 different types of cancer.

😬Stress won’t give you cancer but it may drive you towards cancer lifestyle choices

😬Shift workers are more likely to get cancer because of disruptive sleep. Blue light prevents melatonin being made.

😊Screening at the doctors offers us the best chance of avoiding cancer.

😬What is the biggest preventable cause of cancer after smoking? Obesity!

😬Up to a 1/3 of all cancer cases are linked to poor diet.
