If you're trying DIET then don’t as you're heading down a path of more often than not of failure.
😕The person selling the product makes money & you ultimately end up feeling like you’ve failed.
😀Consider as I’ve said before a LIFESTYLE change & ask yourself the question as you make your next meal are the components all NUTRITIOUS.
What do they give to you:

☑️Minerals
☑️healthy fats
☑️Carbohydrates
☑️Protein
✖️Sugar
✖️Processed fats
✖️Processed food
☑️Occasionally
👍🏻Like I discussed earlier this month, if you fuel your PETROL car with DIESEL it won’t run very well. The same for the body. Fuel your body with JUNK and it runs like JUNK! Your skin is affected as is every moving part you have!
If you only consider treating your body from the outside in you're missing a huge part of who you are.
😩This week the question of “I’ve been going to the gym and I’ve actually put on weight. Is this my fat turning to muscle?"
😀The most important things to understand about fat and muscle are: Fat is fat and muscle is muscle. They are separate things and can’t be converted from one to the other. A kilo is a kilo, whatever it is made up of. But muscle is more dense than fat, which means it takes up less space.
😀So if you’re gaining muscle and losing fat, you’ll look slimmer, even if that’s not reflected by the scales. And I acutely dismiss scales as a measure of your health. I don’t ever weigh myself. I prefer to measure my health by action & feel of clothing!
