Another year older & some people would rather keep quiet about their birthday's but I believe it's another year

šI've no problem about being in my 50's - I feel fit, healthy and have made a significant change by moving 1000km north from Ashburton & making a change to be closer to my home town!
š©Change is scary, trying something new is scary, and yet we encourage children or friends all the time but how often do we take those scary steps?
š¾They don't always need to be big steps, but small ones that lead to bigger changes.
āļøMaybe take some time this week to write a list of health changes you'd like to make - small, medium & big -and then add dates to them, they could be this month, before June or this year.
