❤️🎅🏻This is one of my favourite quotes. We’ve all been more GRATEFUL this week with our challenge for December. And with all that’s going on in New Zealand at the moment we have a lot to be GRATEFUL for.

🥜Pre-Snack - before heading out to Christmas drinks or a friends party try to have a healthy snack before you go so you don’t seek out the party food & fill up on the unhealthy options that maybe lurking.
😜De-stress to save the Mess - There is so much going on that the brain is overloaded. However try to make some decisions to cut down on the Stress. Make a decision on less is more for the budget, make some easy options for shared lunches, say NO if needed to an event, and try to find time to put your feet up even if for 5 minutes
🥣Eat from a Plate - Make sure you don’t just stand by the buffet table as then the amount you're eating is hard to judge. Eat from a plate then put it down and don’t go back!
❤️Have a wonderful weekend,its been a crazy start to December with Thunder, Hail and Heat in Canterbury over the past week.
❤️Embrace the season with a smile, remember what your GRATEFUL for & perhaps try a recipe I’ve shared this week.
💃Also try for a walk, run, bike, dancing or game of tennis with a friend or golf but just enjoy the outdoors as this is a great stress reliever at this time of year!
