💯Exercise is prescribed by medical professionals to treat a wide range of complaints after major surgeries or cancers because it makes a positive difference. I read an article which said if 50% of clients of hospitals were prescribed exercise or watched their food choices or brought their weight down then many of our hospitals would be struggling for work!
💯It’s not rocket science its just effort, determination & making some changes which will improve LIFE!
💯I had a discussion with clients of mine about how now we are all FIT, FABULOUS & HEALTHIER that we sometimes take it for granted. Because we don’t need to say NO to anything we can do what we want when we want & are more independent (especially as women).
💯We can LIFT, ARE STRONG & FIT & CAPABLE. Very empowering. But we (INCLUDING ME‼️) have put in the effort to get there & have come from a place of LESS FITNESS & HEALTH!
