“EVERYTHING IS A CHOICE”

😢I put new quotes on the walls of my gym last weekend & one discussed drinking 22 teaspoons of sugar which your effectively doing if you drink FIZZY DRINK - ENERGY DRINKS - OR THE COLD COFFEE’S.


😢Sugar causes our glucose levels to spike and plummet. An unstable blood sugar can leave you experiencing mood swings, fatigue, and headaches. It also contributes to cravings, which begin the cycle of false hunger.


✔️This becomes a choice. Improving your HEALTH is the best choice you can make!


✔️We have an 8 week challenge happening & some clients are making choices . This includes reducing or removing - Alcohol , fizzy drink & treat foods which can be occasional choices but if they’re a regular part of your week then your not serving your HEALTH or possibly your future viability of TEETH.


🔝Have you looked at the ingredients list or the nutritional information of some of the things you drink or eat?


🍳Or do you predominately eat whole foods which don’t have ingredients!


🔝What’s first in the list is what’s in highest concentration in the bottle, jar, packet!


🔝How close to the top of the list is sugar or how many different types of sugar are listed?


🔝Did you know that 4g = 1 tsp of sugar? How many teaspoons of sugar are you consuming?


➕Sugar is the silent threat to your body, pushing up insulin levels, it has an impact of cholesterol, body fat and over time these negatively impact your HEALTH?


➕As I mentioned last week your HEALTH is more important than the drink or sugar loaded food? So why consume? I don’t mean occasionally I mean OFTEN!


🔜This weekend see if you can reduce your sugar intake - yes it’s a long weekend but don’t start Monday start today!
