❓We all consider our exterior appearance but what about your interior?

❓How does your body look inside?

❓Are your muscles wasting away because you've hit 30+ or not strengthening?

❓Are your bones getting weaker?

❓Is your heart pumping blood through unblocked arteries?

❓Is the oxygen in your lungs moving through your body vigorously sometimes?


🧐I thought this is a good thing to consider as we can spend a lot of time considering our outside appearance?


🧐Even modest exercise reduced the risk of premature death by 20 per cent.

🧐”A minimum of 20 to 25 minutes a day of moderate aerobic exercise, for people over the age of 60, is associated with a 20 to 30 per cent reduction in the risk of premature death, as well as reduced risks of heart attacks and strokes.


❗️Exercise is one of the most important activities to reduce instability and reduce the risk of falls.


❗️Muscle strength, endurance, balance and flexibility

❗️These are the four pillars of a good exercise programme. A modest programme of exercise training, with weights, resistance exercises and joint stretching, can have a profound beneficial impact lasting for many years. Results are fast, in weeks rather than months.”

❤️ANZAC Day is here & we all enjoy a day off because someones Dad, Mum, Granddad, Nana, Uncle, Aunt, Cousin, friend or family member participated in the WAR to give us the life we have. I visited Gallipoli & saw the extreme hardship many New Zealanders & Australians endured to give us this life. Remember them & appreciate what you have because of them.
