I wonder how many you tick off DAILY?
🤔With the extra days off this weekend it maybe time to consider what you are able to tick off?
🤔And then what you could work on?
☀️SUNSHINE - Vitamin D plays a significant role in the regulation of calcium and maintenance of phosphorus levels in the blood. These factors are vital for maintaining healthy bones.
💦WATER - HYDRATION Your body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate its temperature and maintain other bodily functions.
🛏REST - RECOVERY has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, and lower blood pressure and cortisol levels.
🌬AIR - Fresh air has been shown to help digest food more effectively, improve blood pressure and heart rate, and strengthen the immune system, leading to a healthier you.
🏋🏼♂️EXERCISE - regularly decreases a person's risk of developing certain diseases, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. Exercise can help a person age well.
🍅DIET - Your food choices each day affect your health — how you feel today, tomorrow, and in the future. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.
😔Life is still full of stresses for many with businesses struggling, worry about contracting COVID, family who may have COVID, costs rising so it’s not easy out there.
😊However ticking some of the above will help your body survive and cope with some of the stresses we currently live with.
‼️I cannot STRESS enough the benefits of these things especially as we head into cooler months.
