Iām grateful a physio I met at a hockey tournament taught me how to do up laces so they never undo & you donāt tie a double knot. They undo just as normal. š¹1st tabata step forward & back to centre lunge (50)
š¹2nd tabata rainbow ab jumps (20)
ā¦ļø 30-60 seconds bum kicks (50)

š¹2nd tabata Bulgarian split squat (20 each leg)
