Do you want to grow old & be inactive?

❌Or grow old & just look out the window not be outside participating?

❌Do you wish you could travel (NZ & abroad one day) or think the body won’t allow it?

❌Is age really a factor?

❌Are the health complaints age or health / fitness related?

❌Or is age just a number?

🙆🏼‍♀️It’s frustrating hearing -“I’ve reached an age I can’t do blah blah anymore! (the number is the excuse hiding the real reason!”)

🙆🏼‍♀️When really the real reason for giving up is lack of fitness which can lead to poor health or sometimes weight issues too!

🙆🏼‍♀️If you give up then your future is one of sitting around & watching. When the world & outside your door offers much much more!

😜I heard the other day that 80 is now elderly or old age when previously that number was 65.

🙆🏼‍♀️However for many they’ve not moved with the times or moved their bodies & so 65 will be old age.

😘I see clients over 60. Some over 70 & have friends over 80 and over 90. All of these friends are active & lead inspiring lives & busy fulfilling fun lives.

😘The alternative is not of any interest to me unless it’s someone wanting to become active & that opportunity is available at any age!

😘This man ran his first marathon at 75 so what’s your reason for not starting some fitness https://www.stuff.co.nz/waikato-times/news/72959117/age-is-just-a-number-for-marathon-man

😫I’d planned to eat my sardines this week as the finale to our try something new challenge. However due to an injury (stomach lining) I’ve delayed this till next week. I have enjoyed hearing my clients new things though!

🍁❄️Wow MAY is here this weekend. The last month of Autumn & it’s felt like winter this week with our first frost! However the sun has shone so continue to enjoy the outdoors! Tick the vitamin D box!
