DIET IS A POPULAR EATING PLAN THAT ALWAYS STARTS TOMORROW!

Updated: Jul 30, 2021

❌Why diet when you could nourish your body with whole foods not starve the body of nutrients!

✔️Why start tomorrow when you can keep nourishing your body every day?

✔️Then you don’t ever need to start tomorrow?

✔️You don’t need to feel guilt for those foods that you sometimes have?

✔️You can join in with the family or on a night out as its a lifestyle your living not a diet!

⭕️If your constantly on a circle of diet then not then diet then not your body is trying to keep up with the latest fad you're trying. When it could be enjoying nourishing foods constantly and moderately.

‼️Do I love what I eat - HELL YEAH‼️

❌Do I suffer guilt if I eat some chocolate, have a beer or a takeaway? NO‼️

‼️Because mostly I eat wonderful WHOLE FOODS that offer my body a nutritional benefit!

✔️My body needs nourishing foods to do all I want to in a day! If I predominately ate food that wasn’t nutritionally dense my body would feel lethargic, exhausted, tired, & I would be most likely be adding fat to my body!

❓When was the last time you wrote down what you eat every day? This is the first step to looking at what changes you could make to your food choices / drink choices! We are doing a month of ADD IN - TAKEOUT for August in my gym.

‼️This is a great way to reduce or remove something that you don’t need, that you're having too frequently & for four weeks you can make a change! Often this change is permanent as most of my clients will attest to when this has been done previously they've noticed they don’t need that item of food / drink as they did before.

‼️As I said though some clients need to ADD IN - this could be more water, more fitness, more prepping food for the week. So join us for our AUGUST challenge & look at what change you could make!

Or get in touch if your wanting more information, knowledge or motivation! ❤️
