DECIDE COMMIT SUCCEED

We have challenged ourselves (DECIDED) to COMMIT to clocking up the KILOMETRES in OCTOBER! Whether on the bike, up a track, on the road, running, or walking or swimming!  And we plan to SUCCEED in increasing our distance!


☑️Each week my clients will let me know how many kilometres they've managed when I catch up with them & we will check in on Facebook on a Friday with our tally!

❄️What a crazy weather week!  IT’s SPRING!  - loving the lighter nights - so if you’ve said it’s too dark to get outside then now is your chance to get going!  


💟I can’t wait to support two of my clients entered in the MASTERS GAMES 10KM walk next weekend - which just shows you it’s never too late to work on your FITNESS!
