šš¼āāļøIām astounded when Iām on Instagram or other social media to see exercises I canāt fathom why youād do them!

š¹Some are just fillers to make up time in the session & Iām often left asking why?
š¹There are so many great exercises out there to chose from as a trainer, why waste your clients time doing these FILLERS!
š¹Iām of the belief that I try to give my clients the best workout for as many parts of their body in the time I have with them!
š¹Itās SUPER important to aim for the best technique possible to ensure your getting as close to 100% benefit from each exercise & not just going through the motions!
š¹If your not hitting your technique then your wasting time under performing an exercise!
š¹For example when I see a bicep curl, an isolated exercise, I understand the technique & that bicep curls can have their place but Iād rather chose a compound exercise that uses more than just the bicep!
āļøTherefore more bang for buck!Ā Ā
āļøWhen you could have worked more muscle groups and at the end of your time youāve worked biceps, your back (lats + traps) and abās and legs for example!
āļøIt can depend on your end goal, but for most people itās about getting the most benefit in the shortest time!
āļøAnd not doing filler exercises which realistically donāt achieve the end game but just take up time in a session!
āļøIf your at home following an instagram or social media page for your workout, invest in a great trainer & get more from your workout & understand why an exercise is important.
