In November we have a challenge that embraces CHOICES, CHANCES & CHANGES where we choose something to give up or add in. When we consider a change for 4 weeks it makes it achievable & for some changes they make becomes a change for LIFE.
š§Iāve noticed my portions have grown & more starch vegetables are included in my meals so this is the change I am making for November! More GREENS & smaller PORTIONS Consider your CHANGE maybe:
ā more water
ā get to be earlier from 9pm
ā a walk 3 times a week
ā ride the bike
ā no chocolate
ā no ice-cream
ā no after dinner snacks
ā no takeaways
ā no alcohol
š§Find something that may have crept into your LIFE that could creep back out or you need to ADD IN & join us for NOVEMBER!
š§We discussed the importance of IODINE! Not SALT / SODIUM but IODINE which is found in some salt or in seaweed! Did you know:

šAnd another month has flown by! We have just completed our October challenge of increasing our kilometres! Here are our totals week by week 491, 723, 833, 789 - a HUGE month total of 2836 which equates to travelling the length of New Zealand (almost)
āļøEnjoy the shortened week! Another warm one by the looks of the forecast! Enjoy the outdoors as the plants & flowers are looking very lush at the moment as I run or walk past & take time to smell the flowers!
