Happy Easter 🐣although completely different from what we’d envisaged 🤪. Maybe over Easter we could all get dressed up for dinner one night. It would make a nice change & bring some sparkle 😘. Below is a workout to try at home & notes of what’s required.
Once again it’s fantastic to hear all of all the exercise going on during our isolation period. However I’d also love 💓 to hear about any new recipes you’ve made. 🥣🍽 but perhaps keep the Easter eggs & hot cross buns to a minimum.
😫To burn off the most popular choice, a Cadbury Creme Egg, you would have to run for 1.6 hours or swim for an hour. Even the least calorific option - a Smarties egg - requires one hour 12 minutes of running to cancel out. But if you're a fan of swimming, a doable 48 minutes in the pool is required.
😫Marshmallow eggs. They're made up of 70 per cent marshmallow content and only 30 per cent chocolate, so they're pretty much just sugar and little else. All in all, one comes out at 384 calories or 1610 kilojoules – equivalent of around one hour's walk.
