Wow what a difference a few days make. Monday it was clients as usual & by noon I was closed & today we are all mostly all at home. (See workout video & instructions at Torque Facebook to do at home 🏋🏼♂️).
🚗As I drove about my home town Tuesday looking at business closed, many owned by friends. I worried about their ability to open again. They have mortgages to pay, electricity, phone & rates bills to pay. Along with Staff to pay & all on no income.
📞I hear calls to support those small businesses once Covid-19 isolation ends & although we are all hurting & wages are reduced I hope we do shop locally not online. As the small businesses are the life blood of our towns. They provide jobs & services.
💰You could shop online whilst we wait this out. BUT save your money & wait till the shops & services in your town re-open & support them. (Shop online IF LOCAL 😀)
🏃♀️HEALTH. We all know keeping FIT MAINTAINS a healthy heart, lungs muscles, ligaments, blood pressure to name a few benefits so with time available get walking, running or biking. Come out of Covid-19 fitter than you were & it helps our mental health too.
🥦Also keep away from the baking and look at what nutritious meals you can make. I’ll continue to post plenty to temp you with. Again look at your health & take this opportunity to be a healthier version of yourself with no takeaways on offer make meals from scratch.

40 seconds walk sit or if that’s too easy double it
30 x frog jumps
20 x press ups
10 x prone hold knees to elbows
